My Yeti is about to arrive and since it is Right Hand Drive the media in Option was not available. Hence, i am looking at some after market adapters such as

Any ideas on how to move out the Swing radio and pass the cable to the storagfe compartment in the middle?

You can buy and retrofit the factory MDI kit for about £100, so no need to look for inferior aftermarket systems.

hmm, I assume i would have to find that from somewhere online since we only get RHD cars here. Has anyone tried this?

Ebay is your best bet. There are suppliers in the UK and over in eastern europe who can supply the kit new with shipping anywhere including Malta. Also, you maybe able to get the retrofit kit from the dealer as its in the accessory brochure IIRC.
