Quick question ... Can anyone provide photos on the best place to use axel stands for the octavia MK1

the haynes manual shows they can be used on the seals.. this looks fragile and slipply imo

can a standard jack be used with axel stands?

I think techie was trying to subtly correct your spelling. If you search for AXEL you may indeed have problems. AXLE on the other hand...
