Leather re-colour and protect

Featured Replies

Ive been looking for a while now for a good product to clean, protect and add some colour to my leather seats. On one of the bolsters the leather is starting to show through as beige, so i want to get it black again!

Also, i dont want the leather to look all shiny so im after a product that will give it that dull original appearance.

Anyone got some recomendations or advice please??

:)

The Gliptone twins are very good for cleaning/conditioning duties.

cleaner

conditioner

It sounds like you may have to get a local SMART repairer or similar to blow over the part of the leather which has turned beige.

Alternatively you could give it a go yourself..

Will those products leave the leather dull looking because i really hate shiny leather! Last time i had leather i used autoglym leather care stuff, and it made it shine.

The conditioner will leave a natural finish..i.e not shiny.

If you get any shiny/glossy bits just buff with a microfibre as this indicates excess product used in that particular area.

thanks for the advice guys, ill have a look at ordering some when everyone gets back to work!

i really like the zaino cleaner and conditioner. the car smells loooovely afterwards lol and as above, the conditioner adds a slight shine but let it soak for a while before buffing off
