Hello to all,

Finaly took delivery of my Yeti (140 tdi 4x4 Steel grey) today having waited since July.Tom at specialist cars Aberdeen made the whole process painless and everything went great.Having owned a few Skodas now, it amazes me how good they are and although the prices are creeping up slightly i have never ever considered anything else for years.

Happy new year to all when it arrives and to those who contribute to the topics on this site, keep up the good work.

Great choice of engine & colour - look forward to the pics. I ordered mine at the end of July and took delivery just over 3 weeks ago. Elsie is fantastic.

............. but why me!! What did I do wrong?

I ordered my Yeti (to be christened Kevin) at the end of June, 26th to be precise. It/he was built 7th December and it is currently sitting at Sheerness. Hoping to take delivery sometime next week.

Hi there, my rear box has finally given up the ghost so I'm looking for a half decent replacement. I don't want to fork out for a genuine OEM one as the seem quite pricey. In the past I've bought exhaust parts from a manufacturer beginning with a K and found them to be really poor. A mate of my son works in their technical department and he says he wouldn't use them. So if anyone has any suggestions of makes and suppliers they've found to be good quality I'd love to know. Thanks in advance.

Have a listen to the audio & share your thoughts. I've replaced both wishbones & anti role bars a couple of months ago. This rattle started about a week ago & is progressively getting worse. The right hand tyres is wearing on the edges, both inside & outside. Turning the teering wheel on a flat road doesn't create the sound. Only when driving over drains or potholes. I've had on ramps and had the wheel off. I can't see anything obvious Skoda front suspension rattle.mp3

Hi. I got a xenon light that last week startet to act up with flickering. So I read here and understood and got confirmed that is the first on a path to have to change the xenon bulbs. My process was the following: Flickering right xeon light Turned off the lights a few days, then one day turned off and they both were dead, no life at all on auto at least. changed both left and right xenon. Surpriced how easy it was. The lights still dead after changed both to philips D3D bulbs. The ifht xen

Hi guys My Octavia 2 FL makes rattling noise on rough asphalt, exposed stones, small cracks. Brakes, system ATE, disc 280mm, pads Febi 16328. When I press brake pedal quiet. When release rattling comes back. I even replaced one rubber sleeve. New Febi sleeve is more loose than orginal ATE Skoda OEM sleeve. I replaced guide pins for brand new ATE. MOT in March nothing in suspension. I know sway bar link clattering noise. I think left side is louder than right or it is noise from left wheel. Any

Hi Everyone, I have a Factory fitted electric Tow bar. Last time I use, it was 5 years ago I believe. I tried to use it Today no chance not releasing. It has a green light always but whenever I pull it out light changes to red blinking and tow bar is not releasing. I used some wd-40 and rust cleaner but still result didn't' change. I also tried to pull out the tow bar with bare hand or hit the mechanism with a wood or hammer(kindly), still no chance. Anyone faced the same issue?
