Thanks mate! Appreciated at this time of the morning! lol

yip there fine...

whether the discs will be upto much is another story

Post your findings as i was thinking of buying them for the golf just to sell it

Mine stuck on the other day, nearly had a mini fire.

Heard you can run TT vented discs. The carriers are virtually the same but you just run a slimmer pad??

Nothing to do with pads the carrier doesnt go over the disc as the mountings are different on the 4wd rear axle.

But 2wd vented rears such as Octavia vRS bolt straight on and many of us have done so.

Yeah but not all TT models are 4WD. How different are the 2WD, as their rear brakes wont be a beefy

Pretty sure the 2wd don't have vented rears so no different.

Just an update really but the discs and pads in my posted link turned up and are made by QH(discs) and motoquip(pads). Been on the car for roughly 1000 miles now and they look, work and fit fine
