I have an OctaviaMk1 VRS (2001) and the indicators have stopped working, when you try to indicate its clicks once or twice and then makes a lot of clicking noise from the dashboard and then nothing happens.

I assume its a a relay of come sort but how do you get behind the vents\hazard light?

The hazard warning light switch in the dash contains the flasher unit. If you are lucky it is a simple prise out and replace job.
