Would anybody know what size bushes I would need for the front anti roll bar off a car with the optional sport suspension (not Vrs)

i know with the vRS you cant just buy the bushes for the ARBs as it comes as one whole packagew ready connected, ie bar, bush and brackets ready to mount

So maybe its time to consider an aftermarket one.

i wouldnt upgrade the front bar on its own. it will increase understeer drastically. If the fron needs replacing, maybe upgrade both at the same time. the eibach full set is around £250

Does the rear bar come complete with new drop links ??

no mate, they use the stock drop links. you can pick up uprated ones from BSH and neuspeed iirc
