I just found a spare lower half of the airbox in my garage.

Just wondering if anyone has removed the grooves/fins inside?

Is it worth it.

I know it is a well know mod on EP3's

think they only add strength to be honest as they arent there to disrupt airflow imo.

I dont think there would be any point given the time spent doing it for no gain

You may aswell spend your time fitting a Panel filter :thumbup:

I'll get the air belt sander out tommorrow and blitz them flush.

It can go in the bin if it ****s up.

Seems its common on seatcupra.net...

Would be good to see any difference.
