Can anybody here access the site http://winqual.microsoft.com/ in IE?

If I try to load it in FF or chrome, it redirects me to the help page, yet if I try to load it in IE, I get an error, as the screenshot below:

I can access any other site in IE no problem.

OK this is consistent as ever.

Just tried again, the site worked, downloaded the file to digitally sign, went to the next process on the site, and it's not working again

The link will work sometimes with http but https seems to work even when the portal is down for maintenance.

Do you have an account and versign id? If not, you will have to wait for the portal to come back up (I've just checked and it is down for maintenance).

I'm trying to sign up for a winqual account, but yes I've got all the verisign stuff. I've just signed the winqual.exe but I now can't upload it for verification

I managed to get this done with a backup site: https://europe.winqual.microsoft.com

Now fully compatable with Windows 7
