I have a six month old l&k and the passenger seat belt no longer returns, so the buckle flaps about when not in use. Any simple tips before I go back to the dealer?

Definite warranty job. I'd a similar problem on a Passat and a new belt assembly was fitted - no arguments at all.

Safety first - back to the dealer!

Before you jump, give the belt and the 'eye' it passes through at the top a good clean. I'm not suggesting you take anything apart, but there's no point in even making the trip to the dealer if it's just dirty. It's happened to me and at least one other member on here!
