intercooler problem

i was wondering if any one could help me i have a 53 plate fabia vrs and i have just pput a front moount intercooler on it and ever since i put it on i get like a high pitch squeling noise its not very loud but only when i go over 2000 revs it does it but im not loosing and power or boost and its not smoking either it does sound like a pipe was leaking but i cheked all of them and tightened them all right up but there is a silicone rubber elbow pipe on one of the outlets of the intercooler to me intercooler pipe and its got a bit of a kink in that silicone pipe wondering if it could be that any help would be appreciated thannks
