has anyone out there got or seen in use the ross tech vag-com software?

I've been looking at their website and the functionality looks good, and they now do it with a usb interface, as my laptop doesn't have a serial port.

are there any others tools that I could look at? I know there are plenty of odb2 tools but the vag-com ones seem to offer more functionality

I have it and have used it quite a few times. Mine is the old serial version. Where are you in Essex?
