Could you please post the first three letters of your engine's number.

Mine is BJBXXXXXXX and i've never met such a version. All previous i know were BKCXXXXXXX

If you know what was changed if any, please let me know.

BJB is a valid engine code, seen a few.

Will check on outputs etc but i think they are the same.

Have a look at the vehicle data sticker inside the front cover of your car's Service Schedule or the identical sticker on the boot floor under the mat. The code is also stamped on the engine block (or cylinder head, maybe) near the top front LHS (1.8T) when viewed from the front. It is also recorded on the Vehicle Registration document (V5C).
