I started to look at that site which seems to sell very interesting exterior styling parts , some of which also available from Skoda when building the car, so with the intention of buying a few styling accessories, I registered with full details of name, address, phone number and e mail address, which registration was confirmed and said I could go ahead and start ordering. Yesterday and again today, I tried to log in and was " told " not known, and neither was the e mail address registered in their system. So today I decided to register again, with full proper name etc and which was rejected as the name already registered, despite being told when trying to log in it was not found as registered , which patently is nonsense. Just going round in circles and what also worries me is that IF I were ever able to log in and order , no guarantee I could ever log back in if something went wrong with delivery etc. Certainly not a confidence builder in SuperSkoda, has anyone ever used them and what was their experience. If anyone from Superskoda reads this, maybe they would e mail me and explain, to [email protected] Thanks

Superskoda are based in the Czech Republic (I think) so doubt they will read this

I've used them twice and not had a problem.

I don't suppose it was something like you mis-typed your password. Could you not click a link saying you've forgotten your password??

Thanks Charlie, yes I asked for my password and gave my e mail address and up came the response it was not known to their site/ records, so that got me no-where. Shame, because there are several items I would like to purchase to " individualise" my car but the site's performance does rather put one off from ordering anything, assuming one can ever log in again!. I've used them once. I ordered an additional €18 cupholder ashtray to fix a TomTom remote to. See this thread:

What I got instead was a €30 box with the twin chrome exhaust tips in!!! Well as per the thread above I did not want the ashtray anymore so was delighted with their error!

But back OT: had no problems with registering or anything. Delivery was also pretty fast.

hi guys ive looked on the superskoda site mite be haveing a roomdter seen a rear spoiler on there don't now how to order yet i whont to pay by mastercard do i have to go by paypal
