wanting to take my aircon off and get rid of the heavy pump,does anyone no what shorter belt i would need after removing the aircon pump?

get one for an sdi fabia or a non air con one, believe most of the sdi's didt have aircon

Don't think you can use SDI one due to the shape of where it drives off the main engine. When I removed mine, I just remeasured the length of belt needed using string, and then fitted it. One thing to note is that the tensioner for the aux belt has to push down on the ribbed side of the belt due to the shape/aircon pump removal. However, it's running fine this way on my car.

having trouble finding a shorter belt,anyone no a part number for a belt what will fit?
