I would just like to put forward the reasons why this company is absolutely useless. On Tuesday the 11th of January i called them up to order a set of FK AK coilovers for the furby. On the phone they were really helpful really polite and they knew there stuff. They told me they had 1 set of fks in stock and that theyd dispatch them asap and id have them next day. Great i thought what a fantastic service well organised quick delivery the dogs bol**ks....

But ohhh no boy was i wrong :no:

1.An hour later i get a call i can't find this last set of fks will you take jamex if i knock 20% off, fine i thought there £50 more and im getting them for more or less the same price delivered a day late not a bad deal still.

2.Another hour passes and the phone rings yet again... I cant find the last set of Jamex ill have to order them in from holland, they'll still be with you for FRIDAY. Oh and can we take your details again as i've lost them. Starting to lose patience now but agree as my fitters booked for friday anyway.

3.Friday 5.30 No sign of these coilies anywhere ill call and check there coming. Oh did no one call you Mr O'Brien theres been problem getting them from Holland its going to be Monday/Tuesday now. By this time ive completely lost interest and taken it as a sign from god that if i buy these coilovers im going to roll my car over a cliff and into a rather large lake at the bottom resulting in almost certain death, and thus cancel the order.

4.Okay then ill cancel your order for you now start the refund in motion and when they come on monday or tuesday just reject the delivery say youve cancelled the order and it will all be hunky dory.

5. Tuesday 18th afternoon. No sign of deliveryman no sign of money. Call them again we'll do the refund now definately, im taking it theyd already managed to intercept the parcel between holland and here.

6.Friday 21st afternoon. Still no money call them again, its been passed on to our accounts department. It will 100% done today!

7.Today, Wednesday the 26th of of January a whopping 15 days after this began and 12 since i was originally *APPARENTLY* issued my refund, still no sign of any money i call them up it was issued yesterday aka TUESDAY not the previous 100% refund guranteed Friday,and im now told to expect the money in my account either tomorrow or friday which will make it exactly 14 days since i originally cancelled this order!!!!!!

I think i'm a pretty easy going guy. I do have a short temper but have somehow managed not to lose it over this whole fiasco, but now i am really,really,really fed up. I wouldn't mind if it was a daft 20-30 quid but this is £250 i could have went out almost every night with the missus on that sort of money! I hope for their sake that money is in my bank on friday as they are going to wish they'd never been born if it isn't.

Anyway, no point crying over spilt milk i just wanted to share my experience and make sure that no-one uses them again and has to go through all this :thumbup:

Apologies if this is in the wrong category but, i wouldn't really call them a tuner or a workshop which is only thing near :giggle:
