Hi just bought 2008 octavia vrs estate the car has a full service history but not at skoda, do you think the warranty will still be active? Also got a rumbling noise sounds like at the reaar after finished accellerating, slows down any ideas?

So long as it was done at a VAT registered garage, then likely yes if under 3yrs and 60k.
