My two local dealers didn't call me at all. I had to call them ( and play one off against the other). Would have been nice to have had a call with a deal I couldn't refuse.

I have test driven Hyundi and Kia recently - Neither of them did a follow up call not that I would buy either after test driving though.

My own dealer here in Colchester, Underwoods Ltd didn't hassle me at all either before, during or after we had bought our car. Just a nice relaxed introduction to Skoda cars (neither my wife or I had ever owned a Skoda before). They helped us decide which model with roadtests of the cars we were interested in and told us how much off we could get. At each stage they didn't pressurise us at all, just showed us the way in 'proper' sales mode all the time without appearing too eager. We got the best of deals too...pleased we are!
