allard delete pipe

Featured Replies

hey guys,

if i was to buy one of these off ebay,

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Allard-EGR-Valve-Delete-Pipe-Golf-Audi-Seat-Skoda-Tdi-/170595642709?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item27b84aed55

does that include everything that id need to fit to the car? i know i have to cut the metal collar off the rubber 90 bend and clamp on. is that it? what do i do with the existing rubber hoses that attached to the egr valve?

do i also remove the piping which runs down under the egr valve and onto the egr cooler etc does the cooler have to be removed?

many thanks, jordan

edit, would this fit also?

it doesnt say pd130 but they are the same i think?

just seen this for the pd130,cnt see the difference from the pictures tho. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VW-GOLF-AUDI-SEAT-SKODA-EGR-DELETE-PIPE-PD-130-150-/150554904156?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item230dc5865c

is it safe to bypass the egr valve and not do the ccv breather mod?

Regarding doing the egr delete without doing the ccv mod(elephant hose) i dont think it will do any damage but personaly i think it would be more to your advantage to do the ccv mod before the egr delete so that the engine is only drawing in fresh cold clean air rather than cold clean air thats mixed with warm oil vapour misted air from your cc that cakes the inside of all the boost pipes and you ic. Hope this helps and good luck.emoticon-0148-yes.gif
