ok guys just wondering on the vrs can you have it set that when u drive off it auto locks the doors with out having to press the lock button. or is it a trip to the dealer??

New vRS automatically locks above 15mph if I remember. So I'm guessing standing in traffic your door is able to be opened from the inside and outside.

Is it the same as the MkI where you have to pull the lever twice to open the door (if it's locked)??

Unlike the maxi dot on some other Skoda models the Fabia version doesn't allow you to change this setting. A trip to the dealers I'm afraid.

Ours didnt come set up, took it back to the dealer, moaned and was changed free of charge

However, I'm not overly fussed about the feature, will get them to do it next time I pop in, I won't make a trip specially to go and get it done.
