Hi all have 02 vrs, drivers door light stays on and dash door light stays on when the doors are locked. Means I can not set my clifford alarm because it thinks the door is open. Have to use inside lock in drivers side then use the key to lock drivers door. What do you think?? have been told new door lock which I have now got (£120) just checking before it's fitted.

Sounds like one of the microswitches in the lock assembly is at fault - either a dry-solder joint or a switch failure.
