Hey guys my other half has got a 9n polo tdi sport, the front suspension has been knocking recently. I've replaced the console bushes and the front bushes with the powerflex ones. I've also replaced the arb bushes but my problem is when u grab the arb links the whole bar still moves side to side a few mm which I think is causing the knocking. The arb is the enhanced one with the metal end stops and I've measured the bar thickness to be 20mm. Any ideas?

Presuming the mounts are tight I'd say wrong size bushes, iirc there are 4 different sizes :(

Ye I thought that but the vw parts man said there the right part numbers for that bar, I did think would putting the next size bushes down tighten it up??
