xenons as standard

Featured Replies

Hi Folks. I'm thinking of buying a new vrs and i'm wondering if Xenons are fitted as standard in the vrs in Ireland. It says they are standard in the brochure but i'm not sure if this correct.

Surely a 2 minute phone call to a Skoda dealer will confirm it?

No bud,

They are not standard.

They are around €1100 extra..

I went for the full leather option instead costing €691 and got an aftermarket HID kit costing around €75..got it fitted yesterday and got the re-coding done to suit at my dealers..

What part of the country are you from bud??

Ah.

Not worth the extra either.

Stick the after market kit in.

Get the leather,it is well worth it.

What color are you going for?

Have you priced around??

Yes I have priced around and it looks like race blue, leather with heating for the rear end.

Looks like i'll be going over the hill and down again to one of the busist dealers in the country. Looks like a super car, but i'll have to keep off the country roads with those 18S

Tarrants have a race blue in stock with no leather.

Was looking at it yesterday

Just for your info..

Nobody in Ireland could beat the price they gave me on my one.

They beat Deasy's by €500 , Hence i got the leather for €200 by dealing with them.emoticon-0148-yes.gif

Whereabouts in Cork are you?

In Fermoy myself

You're dead right on their price. They are better than deasy's and much better than Galvin's in Bandon.

I'm in Ballincollig

Plus Tarrants are excellent with their backup service.
