I fitted a powerspeed one to my step-sons BM, might be worth dropping them a mail to see if they do them for the Octavia, they are made from a decent grade (forget what grade now) stainless steel and it fitted straight on .

They are in Ashford Kent, but they do keep some on the shelf.
