I wonder if Vpower is good?

Featured Replies

Running on it now - Only done about 40 to 50 miles on it, and I got this after a mixture of rural road/motorway/40mph/30mph. Not taking that special attention was doing the limit, perhaps a "little" more :giggle: , and using gears, etc effectively. I never managed to get this, even trying, on normal diesel. Is 8p a litre really worth it?

Tried both V Power and Ultimate and found them both to be worth it especialy on long motorway runs! Do an average of 35-40k a year so get a good idea of not only the potential savings but improved performance

what about the fuelsave stuff?

i found when i was using the better quality stuff i got worse mpg but that was in a 1.4 fiesta lol

wow i wish i could get that! I might try it on next fill up to put to the test!

I've used V-power quite a lot..

What you do with your right foot makes much more of a difference to the economy than the fuel, but i find it to be a much 'smoother' power delivery. Power / torque / economy negligable.

Did 58.6 on Tesco derv over a 300 mile mixed road trip today, 120 mile of which a ladder was on my roof! I was impressed

Put some in other day cant say that i noticed a big difference. However I am a big fan of redex, around town I usually get 45-50mpg put some redex in other week and went straight upto 55mpg less smoke out of back and smoother acceleration.
