Hi folks. Well I have booked my car in for next week to have the wheels treated.

Having weighed up several paintshops and bodyshops, I have opted for the wheel Specialist in Manchester.

Process as follows:

1. Wheels removed and tyres removed.

2. Wheels stripped of current paint colour.

3. Wheels treated and powder coated in colour of choice then laquered.

4. Wheels balanced and fitted back to car.

The Wheel Specialist isn't the cheapest by far but I have heard very good things about them and their workmanship matches their prices. All work is under warranty against any defects etc..

Cost £265 (which includes their current offer of 25% discount)

Sorry about picture quality but I placed their demo wheels against the car to get a rough idea.

Anthracite mate, they look just right.

I wouldnt go for the Matt and I dont really like the shiny Black. But its upto you pal.
