Hi guys, any ideas?. When I got my car it flashed (indicators)once when locking and twice when unlocking. All of a sudden it's stopped flashing at all on lock, though it locks okay, the alarm/immobiliser led flashes in the drivers door. When I unlock the indicators flash twice as normal.

Normally if it doesnt flash it means something isnt shut properly...boot, bonnet or door somewhere?

Yes it could be that one of the doors or hatch is not in the fully closed position,however if you have checked all and still a problem try puttin key in drivers door and lock this way,I think this does a reprogram of the system and should be fine if not take it to the stealer :thumbup:

Thanks guys, it was the hatch. It was closed but not properly latched. :giggle: I never thought of check that...wot a plonker I feel! Please somebody have the bal*s to write and say they didn't know either and that will spare my blushes :doh:

to be honest horkin,I was shopping yesterday and putteling along and had an alarm on maxidot picture showed that the tailgate was open :giggle:

Far too posh for me, mine just shows me a pic to say a door is open. Problem was I had been cleanning the car so hadnt had the ignition switched on therfore it didn't light up the dash when the door didn't catch properly as I tried to lock up. Errrm "maxidot, isn't that those instrument clusters that keep giving pixel drop out Lol!! :giggle:
