Not sure why but it would appear the HHC has failed on my wife's Fabia II FL :wonder: Have the car booked in to be looked at next week so hopefully they can quickly sort it out. First I became aware of an issue was the car rolling back straight away after lifting off the foot brake as there are no warnings showing on the dash.

Note; has the ESP + option fitted with HHC and TPM.

There are a few hills that I regulary use where my Fabia will roll back. Caught me out the other week. Other times it holds. Hmmmmm. Had HHC on an Octavia and that would work on some gentle inclines.

I wonder how the system works? Mercury switch type thing?

I believe the HHC will only work on hills above a certain angle. If yours still doesn't work on steeper hills then I hope it is just a software glitch and easily sorted.

yes tried it on various hills (have a few round here on the Wolds ) where I've noticed it working in the past but unfortunately not at the moment.

Well as sods law, took the car in to have the HHC looked at and you've guest it working fine However they've recently had an Octavia in with the same thing, loss of HHC but working fine for the dealer. Now waiting feedback from Skoda Technical :wonder:
