Hi, I'm new to the forum so I'm hoping you can help.

2007 Octavia has develop and very annoying issue with dash, Lights flash on/off, dials jump around for no reason and the worst is the warning buzzer. Plugged a diagnostic tool in, cleared all errors and waited, issue reoccured and reported a 00381 Databus Instrument cluster 014 defective.

Do I need a new instrument cluster to resolve this issue, any help would be very much appreciated
