Has anyone used Yes Insurance

Im getting an incredibly good quote & I cant seem to trip them up or find any catches after several phone calls

Anyone have any good or bad experiences

I used them for my old Octy without any problems, BUT I never had to claim so cannot say what they would have been like then...

A mate used them. When he changed his car they would not transfer the policy. They said he would have to cancel the original policy and sign up for a new one. The cancellation fee was outrageous.

The reviews looked terrible but I also put our current insurer, Zurich in & they only did slightly better, 1.4 out of 5 yet we have been with them for years, had 2 claims including a total loss & with both they dealt with them totally professionally & without hassle. With the total loss they let us buy it back & when fixed put it back on the same policy with no extra charge

You have to remember that most people only visit sites like that when they have a problem, but you do get to see what the potential problems are.
