I think you might be pushing it too far - I'm putting ET42s on mine, and they are going to just about fill the arches, so I'd say an extra 7mm won't make it

Brimma is right. From what I have learnt in the last few days regards wheels I would say ET42 is about the max on those dimensions.

As Brimma and Moley have already said, I think you will be pushing it fitting these wheels, if I'm right in the assumption the seller means the ET is 35 and not 3/5 using this wheel offset calculator the RS4 wheels fitted to an Octy would extend a further 22m over the Zeniths.
