I finally took delivery of my new Fab yesterday...

All I can say is "Oh my days!"

I've opted for:

Candy White

Black Roof

Dark Chrome Alloys

Bluetooth

Armrest

Tinted Rear Windows

+ the usual refinements

I'll post pics as soon as my broadband back on...

Man I've ordered a white estate with the dark chrome wheels, now so glad I did! We couldnt have a black roof but the gloss black roof bars should make up for it!

If you want a black roof just get it done at local spray shop. Mine didnt have black roof as was ex demo so I got the dealer to sort out a black roof as part of the deal

Its not an option on the estate. It's a lease car so it wont be seeing any mods at all.....though would be quite tempted to Revo it

2017 octavia 2.0 tdi . smoke from exhaust, whistling noise from turbo, burning oil. smoke looks whiteish/blueish. turbo pipes all ok. burning alot of oil. no fault codes or eml lights. only light on dash is orange oil can light

First time starting a project thread, bear with me... Heard about this Roomster not too far from me that might be heading for a scrapyard, and decided to try to acquire it. I am having problems with the rear offside door lock on our 2018 Super 2.0L SE Technology diesel estate. The drivers door switch panel includes the two child lock buttons. When locking the car the rear offside door remains unlocked, therefore we have to keep it locked via the small turn screw on the edge of the door. Having looked into new lock prices, I decided to try a second hand one from a 'reputable' supplier, only to find that this replacement is doing the same thing. I conclude therefore

The fan for air conditioning and heater on my 2006 Octavia Mk2 L&K is not working. I have checked the fuses and they are OK. Does it have a relay that might have failed? I am hoping it is not the fan unit itself, as this seems to be peculiar to RHD models with climatronic and was discontinued by Skoda in 2022. (Part no. 1K2 820 021).

Is the skoda scala slave cylinder concentric and located inside the gearbox for all models, or is it just the 1.5 engine which doesn't have it on the outside of hte gearbox? I'm seeing different reports about whether the gearbox needs to be removed to check or replace it on a 1.0 litre engine.
