Winter tyres and 4x4

Featured Replies

Well I won't add to the countless winter tyre threads as this is slightly OT in regards to that but just look at what 4x4 and winter tyres can do (and yes that convertible is a 4x4!):

Well with lots of torque of course.

But having these tyres on my Yeti I can vouch that even a Yeti with snow tyres and 4x4 would have managed to tow this van. Or am I wrong?

Yeah, no problem - wouldn't even need the guy pushing.

The Bently being a big heavy motor ( I presume m'lud) would have a significient influence on the traction generated.

A Yeti being lighter.......?

But probably, basically flat, little snow.........why did he need towed at all btw?????

Oh!

I thought the bloke was pushing the van which was pushing the Bentley on a bar?

:giggle:
