I came home after a long trip and was almost home.

sudently I could not accelerate fully.

The car stopped at idle and was behaving strangely.

The next morning the car wouldnt start at all.

Some time after I switched into the Can-bus and got error-code 00282 and 00518

According to the table, it is something with the throttle position sensor / actuator V60

How should I proceed?

What should be changed?

I think that you should check the wiring from the throttle body. This may give you an idea to the possible cause:
