Well it look's like I'll be staying with Wanadoo,sent off an e-mail last night outlining my complaint.

Got response this afternoon - very apologetic - this months bill waived plus 2 further free months - which more than covers what I'm owed. I am now a happy bunny again - I had never had issue with the broadband service just there apparent lack of customer service - this however seams to have been a glitch.

So a big :thumbup: for Girish in customer services @ Wanadoo for finally sorting this out - but more importantly LISTENING.

Glad you got it sorted - it's amazing how many companies' "customer services" are so unhelpful!
