Anyone in or around the North West who wants to help clean the EGR valve on my car (Fabia 1.9TDi), there will be some beer money in for you. As I don't have the required tools or knowledge to do it myself.

I have just finished cleaning the EGR valve on my 1.9Tdi this morning. It is a fairly simple job if you have the correct tools. Although I'm probably too far away living in North Staffordshire.

I don't have the tools available to me and I don't mind travelling, as long as it's no more than 50-60mile away.

I would like to get it cleaned pretty soon as the car is struggling to hit above 45mpg average on the motorway

I am located just outside of Leek, North Staffordshire. Providing you have the ASZ engine you will only require two allen key bits (Cant remember the sizes without looking) and a 12mm socket if I'm too far away - may be cheaper to get hold of the few tools you need.

I believe the engine code for mine is ATD, and Leek is about 60mile away so that won't be an issue
