I am new to this website so apologies if this has been assked before, I did look on the search but didn't find what I was looking for.

I am thinking of buying a second hand Octavia Scout Diesel, probably 07/08 with somewhere between 40k and 70k miles on it.

Are there any particular problems that I should look out for when looking at the cars and are there any parts that should have been changed/will due to be changed at this age/mileage level.

Any help aprreciated.

A trawl through the site will flag uop the odd problem, hardest thing will be finding one for reosnable money, they are a tadge rare

Look out for the alloys that have a habit of delaminating...
