I understand from WARDY that the coding in VCDS for adjusting the delay timing of the headlight washer jets has been moved/changed on the FL Octavias. Mine is a 2011 model SCOUT. Has anyone found out where this has moved to or even if it is still possible to change this setting?

Obviously not much interest in this issue from the lack of responses. Anyway, an update. A pal with VCDS has searched on other VAG FORUMS and it would seem that on the FL Octavia the ability to change this setting has been engineered out or the labels are hidden. It would seem that this is for some legal reason to do with XENON headlights and the necessity to keep the lenses clear????? It seems to be the case on all models irregardless of whether or not Xenons are fitted, which they are not to my 2011 model SCOUT.

So it might be a fuse out job after all.
