morning all, does anyone know the minimum rim size that will fit a superb? Ive currently got a spare set of steel wheels for the octy in 15" rims, i suspect the mimimum for the superb is 16".

can anyone clarify?

I currently have 16" winter alloys fitted on my Superb and I would say that is the smallest that would fit, there is very little clearance now

btw, arn't winter tyres ace? thats what ive got fitted to the rims, and this winter they really have proved their worth, just changed them back over this morning.

have amazed my neighbours several times this year, and even got a complement off a disco owner who lives a few doors up!

They however are stopping on for another few weeks as the temperatures down here (for the next 14 days at least) are still forecast to be consistently lower than 7˚

OEM 15" steel wheels will fit over the calipers on 288 mm front disks on the Octavia, but larger disks require larger wheels. What size front disks are on the Superb?

I don't know the exact disk size, but I can guarantee you that 15" is not going to fit. 16" is the minimum.
