Head lights on the continent

Featured Replies

Hi All!

I have not posted for a while now, the Octy (WRC #97) has been sitting in the garage awaiting a little work and love.

As I am now living in Spain I am considering transfering my Octy to Spanish plates, a process of which one requirement is to change the headlight beam to be "driving on the right" friendly.

I am on xenons, and I was wondering whether this is an adjustable thing or if I am doomed to have to buy new units.

I spoke briefly with a Skoda dealer before I left and they suggested I called in for them to look into/adjust the lights for me, sadly I did not have time.

Any help you can give or light you can shed (sorry, really bad pun) on the subject would be much appreciated!

Thank you Goonybird,

Much appreciated, I will have a fettle and enjoy not being cursed by other road users when the octy hits the road again!
