Weeks 11 to 13 build weeks

Featured Replies

Just wondered if anyone who is expecting their Yeti to be built on these build weeks has had the date "confirmed" yet? Mine is due week 12 but still appears to be unconfirmed but build date has not moved?! I'll wait until Friday before making yet another enquiry via SUK, as dealer does not seem to want to make contact! However, I would think if it's not confirmed yet that I am in for an even longer wait :'( !

yep im week 12 also and its still unconfirmed, someone on here said they got a confirmation on a thursday, but im wondering if thats when thier dealer called them, because i got this biuld week on a monday and my dealer rang me thurs to tell me about it.

Im hoping mine is confirmed on monday at the latest, would love it tommorrow

mine was build week 11 then 13 till today its now moved to week 16 :(

Just been speaking to Customer Services regard my Yo-yo Monster. So as I was talking to them anyway I asked for their take on confirmation. They indicated this can be as little as a week before actual build. Therefore for example if its provisional WK12 then by Monday WK11 you should expect to get that confirmation.

TP

I ordered my Yeti (2.0 TSI Elegance) in early Feb but the dealer was only able to order the sunroof yesterday. I haven't been given a specific week just a month: May.

Does anyone know how long it actually takes to build a Yeti once they have all the right components? It's obviously an automated process but the planning and communication seem somewhat haphazard.

it takes 3 weeks from build week to your dealership, so i've heard on here

Well according to TP looks like we have to "sweat it out" until next Monday before we have a "Yeah or a Neah" for week 12.

Let's hope they are not building models with what ever parts they have in stock at that particular time.....otherwise we could all end up with something along the lines of Johnny Cash's "One piece at a time":D:rofl::giggle:

Thanks for all your input....as ever it's very useful and this is a great and friendly site

Just been talking to Customer Services about my oder. Was told WK14 and Status 10. Apparently the status progresses from 10 to 20 then 30 at which time the build date is locked.
