Hello from a potential Fabia vRS owner :-)

Featured Replies

Hello :-),

I'm currently the owner of a Clio Renaultsport 172. The increasing cost of oil means i've got to part ways with my beloved Clio. I'm in the market for an equally loveable replacement. I've settled on a Fabia vRS due to its generally impressive performance and equally impressive running costs. So i'd like to say hi to all those in my potentially new resource of all things car related :-)

I'm currently interested in a 56 plate Fabia vRS which has 98k on the clock. For some reason I don't seem so concerned by the high mileage 'cos I'm betting that the distance has been accumulated quickly as motorway miles. I understand that the 'motorway miles' thing is a bit of a myth but I happen to think that Fabia's are well built and durable cars. Would anyone like to challenge or support my statement? I've thoroughly researched all the bad points and common faults with a vRS so i'm pretty confident that my inspection of the vehicle will be fairly reliable. The main question is Should I Buy It??? It's done a lot of miles but it's only had one owner and is fairly young.
