a mate of mine used his android phone the other night to clear a code on my car.

when trying to use it to see boost level, revs etc nothing worked,he said something about it could be the wrong interface,

does anyone know what i can do to make it work as a boost gauge?

Was he using torque ??

It only guesses boost off the maf iirc

yeah it was using torque on his htc phone.

Yeah the boost is calculated from the maf reading so its not accurate, it should work with quite a few sensors though, mines set for maf, fuel trims, inlet temps and coolant temp.

It is a little flaky sometimes after ignition cycling, but once its connected it works jsut fine.

I'm still a novice but if you need more info just ask
