central locking/electric windows/interior lights

Featured Replies

Hi. Rogue69 here. Could really do with some advice please. I bought a year 2000 Octavia GLX 1.9TDI 90HP a few days ago. When I bought the car the seller advised me that the rear left passenger door would'nt open from the outside or inside. Since then more problems have arisen. Namely, The central locking has ceased to work. The electric windows have ceased to work and the front roof lights inside the car have ceased working also. I suspect that a fuse/fuses may be the problem but there was no Owners manual with the car and so i have no diagram of the fuseboard. I bought the car by private sale and thus i have no comeback/refund.I would be grateful for any information/help.
