Protection for the boot

Featured Replies

For those of you who need occasional boot and bumper protection for carrying heavy or mucky loads, Lidl have a kit available next Monday for £5.99. It looks like a box made from a waterproof material with a flap to cover and protect the bumper and comes with assorted hooks and string to fix it in place.

Thanks for that - I will definately take a look. I have various boxes and trays and things I use at times, but nothing, yet, seems to fit real well for 'general' use.

I've just received the Lidl newsletter for Monday April 4th and there's nothing that fits that description. Have you got a link?

I'm sad like that when it comes to cars Graham.......

It is a Fabia. Left hand drive since the reverse light is on the opposite side to that shown in my UK link.

Had one of these boot liners My link in since last June with the Yeti rubber mat on top.

Works well at containing the mud and fur from the dogs. The bumper flap is invaluable to if your a dog owner, it's pretty much a perfect fit with the rear seats put all the way back

Nothing wrong with that - especially as you may keep the liner in permanently. I was aming at the occasional user who might need a liner once or twice a month and did not want to spend the extra £11.
