received a connects 2 CT24SK02 double din -> single din + cubby fascia adaptor today (actually this is the second one, as the first one had broken 'tabs' on the front panel).

Anyway, has anyone else installed this one? Looking at it, there are a series of tabs around each corner which I presume is to line up the fascia with the mount - however, try as I might, I can't get these to line up properly, without fear of breaking them off (actually I DID break one of them off). Just looking for suggestions on this before I go home and try and install this.

I broke off all four top and bottom tabs, or it won't fit at all.

It really is rubbish. Recommend buying something else instead TBH.

This unit does not fit the Octavia fascia very well at all.
