Debadge Issue

Featured Replies

Ive always debadges my cars, and im trying to take the OCTAVIA and TDI badge off this one.

But i cant seem to do it, the lettering is very close to the car and i cant seem to get anything behind it to take them off.

Ive tried cotton & tooth floss which both just snap! i cant get a stanley blade behind them as the blade is to thick!!

what else can i try? dont fancey getting a heat gun/hair dryer out to do it.

Why not a heat gun? :wonder:

Credit card & heat worked for me...

Hot water?

I have debadged my octavia vrs boot.

i used tooth floss and applied a " sawing " action.

takes a while because floss kept breaking, just needs patience.

What about a bit of heat / hot water and fishing line. The line will be a bit stronger than dental floss and shouldn't cause any scratches.
