Update on DSG gearbox

Skoda have at last come back to my dealers rmail regarding the box. I am told that my Fabia 1.2 has the very latest software installed and it is normal to experience a small delay at times . They say that I can get around this by using either sport mode or tiptronic ( I had already figured that out) . You guys with the VRS won't suffer the same problem because the software in your motors is designed to act more like a race car. I have to say that I don't think their response is totally satisfactory answer but I am learning to "drive" around the problem.I was told by my dealer that if the problem persists or worsens to go back to them and they will do their best to help. They also said that they did not rule out software updates in the future. So good luck to all
