Just bought a VRS

Featured Replies

I recently put an order down for a brand new MK2 Fabia VRS with the VAT off deal....Unfortunately my Missis wasnt happy about the monthly payments as we are trying to get a mortgage and I had to back out and cancel the order which I was gutted about.

Anyway, I sold my Mini Cooper S last week and there was only one car that I wanted, A 'MK1 Fabia VRS'. I looked at a couple over the weekend and went to veiw one this afternoon, After test driving and abit of haggling I decided to give the guy a deposit.

The car is a 53 plate silver VRS with 2 owners from new full service history including a cambelt change, the best bit is its only done just under 33,000 miles. It drives so smooth and pulls really well, The interior is pretty good considering the light material and the age of the car. Bodywork is fair but theres a few dings here and there and the roof spoiler requires abit of paint. Im over the moon and pick it up tomorrow evening, I'll try and get some pics up asap.

Steve

Welcome to the family Steve - hope you get as much fun from driving it as I do - mine is in for a remap this week so hope to have even more fun soon.

This is a great place for help and advice with loads of people who know pretty much all you can about Skodas (not me I might add).

cheers
