Does anyone now the length of the boot, with the seats down please?

I'm getting somone to fabricate something at work for me and need to know what the maximum length I can get him to make it is!

I'm not expecting you to go measure your car for me......just if anyone has the details already (well you can go measure yours if you want :yes: )

i know I can just fit an 8 foot bit of wood in, but that reaches almost to front windscreen (passenger seat requires winding flat)

a bigger issues will be the rear strut braces getting in the way so if it's wide i'd forget it (or borrow a van!)

Just had a look the Skoda body spec info and it states;

Octy vRS hatch 1726mm (measured from the bottom of the front seats to the rear panel, does'nt state if thats with the front seats right back)

Octy vRS estate 1716mm (yes 1716mm....10mm less than the hatch lol)

Might be best to measure yours to be on the safe side
